Systematic insight into the problem of identifying an organization’s recurring information requirements which facilitate the decision-making process. Particular emphasis will be given to the analysis of problem situations and the designs of attendant information systems necessary to meet these problems. No extensive computer experience is necessary. Three lecture hours per week. Required of Business administration majors, ODS concentration, and open to others by permission of the Department Chairperson. Not open to students who have received credit for MIS484. Prerequisites: MIS362 or ODS 362, MAT 108, MAT 208.
