PSY 744 - Interpersonal Relationships3 Credit(s) Using Erikson’s sixth stage (intimacy vs. isolation) as a theoretical framework, this course will present recent and extensive research about the various forms of interpersonal relationships likely to be encountered in marriage/couples or family counseling. Specialized topics, such as multicultural differences, historical changes, love and sexuality, social networks, and power, conflict and violence in interpersonal relationships, will be covered.
Prerequisite: PSY 700
