CRJ 335 - Regulatory Enforcement3.0 Credit(s) This course will introduce the student to the concepts of regulatory enforcement and enforcement organizations in theory and practice. Building on the notion of enforcement of law as a police practice, different enforcement agencies will be presented and compared. Additionally, the concept of discretion will be introduced and its use and impact will be analyzed. Three lecture hours per week. Elective for CRJ majors, Administration concentration. Free Elective.
Prerequisite: CRJ 101 .
