This course examines a wide range of contemporary health concerns and medical disease states encountered by allied health professionals from a pathological and epidemiological standpoint. Prevention and control of illness and disease are discussed during the class. Three lecture hours per week. Required course for Athletic Training major, Exercise Science and Health and Consumer Science Concentration. Not open to students who have received credit for SFL389.
