CRJ 812 - Criminal Justice Statistical Analysis3 Credit(s) This course introduces statistical concepts used for analyzing crime and evaluating crime policies. Students will survey statistical methods for establishing correlations, interpreting trends, conducting time series analysis, and prediction. The underlying concepts integral to these techniques are reviewed including probability and sampling distributions, hypothesis testing, effect size, and statistical power. An undergraduate course in statistics is required.
