FIN 800 - Financial Decision Making and Value Creation3 Credit(s) This course focuses on the application of financial theories in corporate decision making, building upon and expanding concepts introduced in Foundations of Finance (FIN 720 ). Topics include valuation models with uncertainty, cash flow forecasting, modern portfolio theory, asset pricing models, capital structure, cost of capital, working capital management and introduction to option pricing models. Spreadsheet software and cases will be used.
Prerequisites: Matriculation into the MBA program; completion of all foundation courses or permission of Program Coordinator.
