FIN 309 Corporate Finance 3 Credit(s) This course exposes students to analyzing and managing risk and decision making involving corporate finance. Topics include cash flow estimation and capital budgeting, capital structure and financing policy, working capital management and dividend policy. This course entails extensive use of spreadsheets. Three lecture hours per week. Required of Business Administration majors, Finance and Corporate Finance-Accounting concentrations. Not open to students who have received credit for FIN 409. Prerequisite: FIN 301 or FIN 322.
