IDS 189 Freshman Seminar in Interdisciplinary Studies 3 Credit(s) DI DIII Designed to introduce students to questions and scholarship of a specialized topic using an interdisciplinary approach. This course fosters critical skills that are foundational to a liberal arts education and assists students in developing their identity as college students. Required of all first year freshmen accepted as Undeclared or Bachelor of Liberal Studies majors. It is recommended that students who have completed and see the department chairperson before enrolling. Three lecture hours per week.
