BHS 102 Academic and Professional Writing in Healthcare

3 Credit(s)
The purpose of this course is to strengthen and encourage skills that students require for successful academic and professional writing in healthcare disciplines. Development of information literacy skills and healthcare language is discussed. Students will learn the five chapter model utilized in scholarly writing and will be introduced to the fundamentals of proper citation and APA formatting. Prerequisite: W-I
