ENL 363 The Search for God 3 Credit(s) DI
Elective for non-English majors, free elective for English majors, focusing on the literary treatment of the search for God. Readings include the Bible, the Koran, and such writers as Donne, Dickenson, Wiesel, and Milton. Three lecture hours per week. Not open to students who have received credit for ENG 378. Prerequisite: ENG 102, ENL 102 , ENG 102E, ENG 103, ENL 103, ENG 106H, or and at least one English course at the 200-level or permission of the department chairperson.
