An introduction to LGBTQ+literature this course explores the ways that fictional representations of LGBTQ+gender and sexuality reflects and influence the contexts in which they are written and read Definitions and theories of gender and sexuality will be examined alongside the study of LGBT+ literary traditions and key works. Three lecture hours per week.
