EDC 721 - Social Studies and Creative Arts in the Early Primary Grades

3 Credit(s) This course consists of the exploration of the Arts and Social Studies as they impact learning experiences in the early primary grades. Visual and performing arts will be emphasized in a learning environment that helps children become more aware of their geographic and social surroundings, promoting play that leads to genuine learning, particularly related to civic understanding and identify. Field-based assignments are required.
