NUR 420A Preparation for Professional Licensure 2 Credit(s) This course provides an overview of nursing theory with an emphasis on test taking skills and study strategies to help prepare for the NCLEX-RN examination. The course will include a discussion of CAT (Computerized Adaptive Testing) and will include NCLEX-RN practice tests with a goal of improving test performance. Two lecture hours per week.
Prerequisites: NUR 412 and NUR 415.
Co-requisites: NUR 422, NUR 423, NUR 424 and NUR 425.
