HRI 200 Introduction to Hospitality Management 3 Credit(s) This course offers a comprehensive overview of hospitality management and provides students with opportunities to explore various facets of the industry as a potential future profession. This course will serve as the foundation for advanced area-specific Hospitality Management courses, including Hotel Operations Management, Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Accounting, Hospitality Marketing and Sales, and others. Three lecture hours per week. Prerequisite: BUS 170 .
