AGS 770 - Leading Adult Learning and Development in Educational Settings3 Credit(s) This course supports current and future school leaders, as well as other professionals working in educational settings (e.g., higher education, nonprofit organizations) in understanding the ways in which adults develop and learn over time, individually and in groups. Candidates will learn about adult development and transformational learning theories, and they will apply those theories by designing differentiated learning experiences and providing developmentally appropriate feedback for adults in schools and beyond. Three lecture hours per week.
