ACC 880 - Managerial Accounting with Data Analytics

3 Credit(s) This course focuses on evaluating managerial planning and performance through the application of costing techniques and accounting data analytics. The use of accounting data in short-run and long-run managerial decision-making is examined. Topics include cost-volume-profit analysis, budgeting and capital budgeting techniques, alternative costing methods, cost allocation methods, relevant costs and decision-making, and performance evaluation.
Pre-requisites: ACC 202 and ACC 301 or equivalent and matriculation into the MSA program, or permission of MSA Program Coordinator
