PSY 208 Research Methods in Psychology 3 Credit(s) This course introduces psychology as a science using both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The course covers the mechanisms that the field of psychology uses to ask and answer empirical questions, including basic research development and design, library research, research ethics, and professional writing in the discipline. Three lecture hours per week.
Prerequisites: Psychology major, PSY101 or PSY170H. Not open to students who have completed PSY 203S.
