ITE 445 Artificial Intelligence for Cybersecurity 3 Credit(s) This course introduces the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of cybersecurity. Students will explore how AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing can be used to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats. The course covers AI-based threat detection, malware analysis, network security, anomaly detection, and ethical considerations in AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. Three lecture hours per week.
Prerequisites: ITE315 or CSC435
