MCO 355 Event Planning 3 Credit(s) This course focuses on the design and management of events to successfully create and sustain relationships with target audiences while effectively fulfilling an organization’s goals using media, communication and strategic principles and strategies. The course examines how events can convey and reinforce an organization’s values, reputation, and brand messaging as well as generating awareness, understanding, interest, involvement and support for the organization. Three lecture hours per week.
