Purpose

The nationally accredited program uses a cohort model and structured collaborative learning. Students will design and develop an action research project based on a problem arising from their own practice and rehearse leadership tasks in real-school settings throughout the program, culminating in a two-semester practicum with support seminar. Students may pursue licensure as a school principal/assistant principal or district-level supervisor-director.
