Purpose

This program is designed for individuals who already hold an initial license in elementary education and who are seeking a professional license and a master’s degree, or individuals who are seeking further professional development in the field.

Please Note:

All courses that will count towards the degree must be completed within six years of the date the degree is awarded.
Substitutions are appropriate but the program must remain at 30 - 33 credits
This program does not lead to endorsement for a Teaching License.
Any Education certificate program may be substituted for a concentration with approval of the coordinator
A student can create a new four course concentration in consultation with the program coordinator.
