Teacher Licensure options for History Education: Grades 5 - 8 or 8 - 12
The Education Department offers an accelerated program which allows students to earn both a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Education in Secondary Education in five years* The Accelerated program advances the University’s mission to foster the intellectual and personal growth of students by providing an array of innovative learning opportunities. A History major meeting the eligibility criteria may apply to the Accelerated program.
