Graduate Certificate in Business

This program is offered for academic credit and is an excellent introduction to business for all non-business majors. A Graduate Certificate in Business is offered at the completion of all six courses. If the students decide to pursue the Bertolon MBA, these credits may be applied towards the Bertolon MBA program, if all other conditions are fulfilled

Admission Requirements

Students applying for any of the Graduate Certificate programs in the Bertolon School of Business will be required to have an undergraduate GPA of at least 2.5 from an accredited institution.

The following materials are required for the graduate certificate admissions process:

• Online graduate admissions application.
• Application Fee. The application fee is determined by the University.
• Official transcripts from all undergraduate/graduate institutions.
• Two letters of reference
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) scores if English is not a first language and or degree(s) earned at an institution outside of the United States.
• Statement of purpose
• Resume

Exceptions:

• GPA: If an applicant has less than a 2.5 GPA, factors such as date other degree(s) earned, competitiveness of undergraduate institution or educational system, strength of letters of reference, and work experience may be taken into consideration.
