POL 352 - Issues in International Politics

This follow-on course to POL 251  applies the fundamental concepts and analytical frameworks introduced to students in POL 251  to a series of current issues in international politics. These current issues will represent the range of international politics issue-areas, i.e., international security, international political economy, international governance, etc., and each of the issues will be analyzed in detail in a discussion-oriented setting. As such, extensive student interaction and participation will be expected in the course. Three lecture hours per week. Prerequisite: POL 251  or permission of the Department Chairperson.
