PSY 203S - Research Methods and Statistics I4 Credit(s) Q This is the first of a two-course sequence (with PSY 204R ) integrating statistics and research methods in psychology. The course covers basic research design principles and descriptive statistics, and introduces the normal curve and the sampling distributions underlying inferential statistics. Three lecture hours and two laboratory hours per week. Limited to Psychology majors and minors. Not open to students who have received credits for PSY203 or 203R. Prerequisite: PSY 101 .
