SMS 117 - Jogging0.5 Credit(s) In this activity emphasis is placed on cardiovascular fitness. Mechanics of conditioning will be stressed. The focus of the course is the development of a training program for fitness. Two hours per week for half a semester. Partially fulfills physical education activities requirement. May be repeated once for credit.
