SMS 151 - Modern Dance II

This is an intermediate level modern dance technique class. Structured exercises and combinations will focus on space, time, energy, and movement dynamics. Appropriate dance attire must be worn. Two hours per week. Required course for Dance Concentration. Fulfills physical education activities requirement. SMS major dance requirement. Not open to students who have received credit for SFL162A. Prerequisites: SFL161A or SMS 150, and SFL163 or SMS 154, or permission of Department Chairperson.
