SPC 301N - Negotiating Conflict3 Credit(s) This course is designed to provide the theory and practice necessary for the development of constructive communication skills in negotiating conflict. Emphasis will be placed on teaching students to improve their abilities to analyze, prepare and practice negotiating skills via role playing techniques and the case study method. Three lecture hours per week. Prerequisite: SPC101 or SPC 102H .
