FIN 100 - Personal Financial Planning3 Credit(s) An elective course for those students who wish to increase their personal understanding of those financial problems that individuals and families encounter. This course presents the key concepts and procedures used in sound personal financial planning. Students will learn how to formulate a financial plan, minimize taxes, manage cash and savings, make housing and automobile decisions, manage credit, make insurance decisions, manage their investments, and plan for their retirement needs. Three lecture hours per week.
