CRJ 402 - Drugs and Crime 3 Credit(s) This upper-level seminar will examine the effect that drugs, both legal and illegal, have on the criminal justice system. Critical analysis and in-class discussion will be the format used to address issues such as the effect of the “war on drugs”, the decriminalization debate, the relationship between drugs and violence, and the impact of drugs on individual users. Elective for Criminal Justice majors, Administration concentration. Free Elective. Prerequisite: CRJ 101 .
