CRJ 410 - Comparative Legal Systems 3 Credit(s) This course introduces students to the complex issues involved in comparing the various legal systems around the world today. Particular attention will be focused on the main legal families in terms of the structure and sources of their various laws and against the historical background in which these laws were formed. Three lecture hours per week. CRJ major requirement. Prerequisite: CRJ 101 .
