EDU 438P - Student Teaching Practicum in Middle School

Full-time classroom experience of at least 300 clock hours in a middle school, supported by on-site and college supervision. The practice of measuring and evaluating student achievement will also be examined as an integral part of the teaching/learning process. Students are also required to attend weekly seminar sessions as part of a co-requisite seminar. All Licensure Program prerequisites must be met prior to practicum assignment. Not open to students who have received credit for EDU438. Prerequisite: Permission of Department Chairperson. Co-requisite:
