GPH 473 - Planning Policy & Decision Making3 Credit(s) DIII The emphasis of this course is the study of land use planning policy and its impact on land use development decision making. The course begins with the detailed analysis of a land use problem before then examining different types of policy that address the problem. Case studies are a predominant part of the course and real-world land use planning projects are often incorporated. Three lecture hours per week. Not open to students who have received credit for GGR265.
