MGT 442 - Labor/management Relations3 Credit(s) This course surveys the growth and development of the labor movement in the United States. Topics include employer/employee relations, legal/government environment, wage/benefit issues with economic factors, and the process of collective bargaining. Course activities include historical research, projects, case studies, and a collective bargaining simulation. Three lecture hours per week. Not open to students who have received credit for MGT432. Prerequisite: MGT 231 or MGT 332 .
