PSY 331 - Clinical Psychology

This course provides an overview of the scientific and professional issues in the field of clinical psychology. It will focus on the professional role of the clinical psychologist in mental health settings. Topics include psychological assessment, forms of clinical intervention, research on the psychotherapy process and outcome, and current professional issues. Three lecture hours per week. Prerequisite: PSY 215.
