FIN 100 Personal Financial Planning 3 Credit(s) PGR This course focuses on personal financial issues and ethical dilemmas faced by individuals and families. While learning the key concepts and procedures used in sound financial planning, students will understand the impact of their environmental and social factors and their individual actions on their financial future, their family and the society. Students will research and use data effectively to formulate their own financial plan including taxes, credit, insurance, investments and retirement needs. Three lecture hours per week.
