POL 352 Issues in International Relations 3 Credit(s) DIII This course applies the fundamental concepts and analytical frameworks introduced to students in POL 251 to a series of current issues in international relations. These current issues will represent the range of imajor issues-areas in IR– international governance, international security, international political economy, and global social welfare, and each of these issues will be analyzed in detail in a discussion-oriented setting. As such, extensive student interaction and participation will be expected in the course. Three lecture hours per week. is recommended but not required as a prerequisite
