PSY 203S Research Methods and Statistics I 4 Credit(s) Q This is the first of a two-course sequence (with PSY 204R ) integrating statistics and research methods in psychology. The course covers basic research design principles and descriptive statistics, and introduces the normal curve and the sampling distributions underlying inferential statistics. Three lecture hours and two laboratory hours per week.
Prerequisites: Psychology major and minor status, PSY 101 , and satisfactory of the math competency requirement.
