ACC 418 Legal issues in Accounting and Finance 3 Credit(s) This course builds on the introductory business law course to explore topics that impact professionals in the accounting and finance industries, including; Commercial transactions and the Uniform Commercial Code; Professional ethics and industry regulation; Accounting for ESG, cryptocurrency, and other intangible assets; Securities regulation; and corporate governance, supervision, and enforcement. 3.0 Credits.
