GPH 473 Planning Policy & Decision Making 3 Credit(s) The emphasis of this course is the study of land use planning policy and its impact on land use development decision making. The course begins with the detailed analysis of a land use problem before then examining different types of policy that address the problem. Case studies are a predominant part of the course and real-world land use planning projects are often incorporated. Three lecture hours per week. Not open to students who have received credit for GGR265.
