SMS 171 Fundamentals of Exercise and Conditioning I 1 Credit(s) Through discussion and lab experience, this course examines the basic principles and methods of exercise and conditioning. Major emphasis will be on the application and administration of assessments to evaluate the components of physical fitness. Two hours per week. Open to all students who have not received credit for SFL171.
