ENL 120 Writing with Sound

This course introduces students to the process and creation of soundwriting, a term used to describe audio projects like a research-based podcast episode or a personal audio essay that are strategically crafted using audio editing software. Students will study, analyze, and create soundwriting to learn about writing concepts, habits, and practices, and to strengthen foundational literacies, and written and oral communication skills. Such knowledge will prepare students for writing across the disciplines, in the workplace, and in their local and global communities.
