ATR 806 - Manual Therapy for Musculoskeletal Conditions

3 Credit(s) Through lecture, discussion, demonstration and class participation, the fundamentals and techniques in injury rehabilitation involving manual therapy will be examined. An emphasis of the course will be on applying evidence-based practice to the application of soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilization techniques to the extremities and spine. Three (3) lecture hours per week. This course is open only to and required of students enrolled in the Athletic Training master’s degree program.
Pre-requisites: ATR 700, ATR 702, ATR 704, ATR 706, ATR 708, ATR 710, ATR 712, ATR 714, ATR 716, ATR 718, ATR 720.
