ATR 700 - Functional Anatomy for Athletic Training

4 Credit(s) This course develops knowledge and patient care skills regarding clinically oriented anatomy and the physiology of human movement. Emphasis will be placed on the relationship between structure and function of the neurological and musculoskeletal systems. Application of functional anatomy through musculoskeletal palpation, range of motion, manual muscle testing, goniometry, postural assessment, exercise, and movement analysis. Limited to students enrolled in the Master of Science in Athletic Training program or by permission from program coordinator.
