ATR 718 - Clinical Experience I

2 Credit(s) This course emphasizes the clinical application of knowledge and skills to patient care under the supervision of a preceptor. Emphasis is placed on emergency care, lower extremity injuries, neurological conditions, and fundamental skills related to patient care. In addition to supervised clinical experience hours, 30 classroom hours will be used to facilitate critical thinking and assess patient care skills. Limited to students enrolled in the Master of Science in Athletic Training program.
