Note: If a course is used to satisfy two or more requirements, (for example, a support course and a distribution elective), the credits are counted in only one place. Using a course to satisfy more than one requirement does not reduce the total credits required for graduation. + Students concentrating in photography must take 4 of the 6 following courses:     ART 345 , ART 346 , ART 446 , ART 447 , and, ART 449 . Since    ART 345 , ART 346 , ART 446 , ART 447  and ART 449  are only taught alternative years, it is imperative that students sign up for these courses at the time they are offered. † Art major Foundation Requirements. The following courses must be completed in the student’s first year in the Art Department: ART 101 , ART 102 , and ART 203 . ART 303 , must be completed in the student’s second year.
