MIS 340 Networks and Security

This course provides instruction in data communications and computer network definitions, concepts and principles, including (but not limited to): topologies, protocols, switches and routers. Required in the Business Administration Management Information Systems concentration and open to others by permission of the Department Chairperson. Three lecture hours per week. Not open to students who have received credit for MIS 420. Prerequisite: MIS201.
