PSY 324 Sensation and Perception 3 Credit(s) DIII Sensation and perception are the processes through which humans and other animals extract information from the world. With an emphasis on vision and hearing, this course examines the physiology of sensation and the transformation of sensory impulses into meaningful perceptions. Three lecture hours per week. Prerequisite: PSY 211 and three additional credits of courses numbered PSY 200 - 299.
