3Credit(s)PGRThis course provides a broad overview of hospitality management and allows students to explore various facets of the industry as a potential future career. While this course will serve as a foundation for advanced area-specific hospitality management courses for concentrators, non-concentrators may choose the course as an elective where they will be exposed to a variety of opportunities to consider how they can grow personally and be a part of the community as a global citizen. Three lecture hours per week.
