GPH 288 Meteorology

This course introduces the principles of weather forecasting and special problems of micrometeorology. Through analysis of the atmosphere, weather elements, air masses, fronts, and storms, it includes practice in the instrumentation and data analysis procedures of meteorological observation. This course satisfies the scientific reasoning general education requirement. Three lecture hours per week. Not available for students that took GPH385, 386P.
